80 Guest Street / Boston Bruins Training Facility

In partnership with NB Development Group, HYM developed a 10-story, Class A office building with an attached ice arena named the Warrior Ice Arena, which is the new official practice facility for the Boston Bruins. The project is located within Boston Landing in Brighton, Massachusetts.

• Design, finance, construct, and lease efficient column free floorplates
• Revived prior negotiations between the Boston Bruins and New Balance (project owner) and executed a 20 year lease
• Fast-tracked construction to ensure ice time in September 2016 for the Boston Bruins
