The Residences at 125 Guest Street

  • 295,000 SF, 17-story, 295-unit market-rate residential building with amenities such as a fitness center, multiple courtyards, and roof decks
  • 16,000 SF of retail and restaurants
  • Currently under construction

80 Guest Street and Warrior Ice Arena

  • 55,000 SF Warrior Ice Arena, official practice facility of the Boston Bruins 
  • 230,000 RSF, 10 stories of office space

Sports Facility

  • 400,000 SF world class sports complex with indoor track, retractable turf for field sports, basketball, tennis, volleyball, New Balance Sports Lab, and seating capacity for 5,000 spectators

NB Development Group and New Balance brought HYM on to assist with the development, permitting, and build-out of Boston Landing, its proposed 1.9 million SF mixed use campus in Boston, Massachusetts. Since HYM has been on, we have successfully secured the new practice facility for the National Hockey League Boston Bruins and have achieved permits to expand the campus to include a major residential component, shifting the campus to a more dynamic and vibrant mixed use neighborhood.
